Review by Tom Green

Tell us your thoughts:
This was a well worn grass path and uneven in places but easy to follow. There were several paths to take around the small woodland which was very green and leafy. I found this path from Glenside which was not signposted.

What did you enjoy about the walk:
Full of trees and plants and was an easy quick walk that I did in the evening after work.

What needs changed:
have the area signposted at both ends.

Tell us your thoughts:
No signs to Auenreoch Glen at all. There was a good grassed path from Garshake Road through teh Woodland Trust area but once on the moor no path at all. |There were some ruins of what looked like an old Butt & Ben.

What did you enjoy about the walk:
There was no one else about and the views over Lang Craigs and Pappert Hill were great.

What needs changed:
Some signs to the area and some information as this is an SSSi site but you would now know.

Review by James Colquhoun

Tell us your thoughts:
No signs at all to this location so some would be good from the main path along the river Clyde. The path is a mowed grassed one however well maintained and mainly level. Plently of bugs & insects to see as very close to Havoc Meadows if you wated to do both walks.

What did you enjoy about the walk:
The fact that you had to go through some overgroth to access the clifds at points which was fun. Also the views up and doen the river Clyde were lovely.

What needs changed:
More signage to the walk and even some information about the geology of the cliffs would be helpful.

Review by James Colquhoun

Tell us your thoughts:
No signs pointing to the meadows but paths were will maintained mowed grass paths.

What did you enjoy about the walk:
The accessability and that it was mostly on the flat with slight inclines. There was plenty of bugs, butterflies and bees to be seen. The views up and down the Clyde were fantastic.

What needs changed:
Place signso on the main path along the Clyde waterfront to advsie that this area is there.

Tell us your thoughts:
The walk was well signposted and several paths to follow, some tarmac and some dirt all well maintained. There are picnic benches around for sitting and close to Lomond Shores to see Loch Lomond and the Maid of the Loch.

What did you enjoy about the walk:
The fact that it was easily accessible, good paths for prams and wheelchairs. Plenty of natural wild growth and seen some native wild orchids.

What needs changed:
None

Review by Mylene Colquhoun

Tell us your thoughts:
Sign at Barnhill Road not legible. The path is well worm and stable but rocky in places.

What did you enjoy about the walk:
It was peaceful and great views of Dumbarton and beyond on the way to the top.

What needs changed:
Replace the sign to the footpath on Barnhill Road and clearer entry points to the Loch.

Signposts to the cliffs as there were none.

Various point of interest in landscape,

What needs changed:
Some signposts to show on correct path would be good, and maybe some signs with information on the focal points you can see throughout the walk.
