Situated between the River Leven and Ross head, Small woodlands with mixed wildlife.
Small wooded areas divided by a small path, both offering some walking path, throughout the summer when dry and winter floods the lower levels of the area.
A mix variation of aquatic life a small stream runs through the area brining standing algi and overgrow banks, the water is polluted by year of rubbish been thrown in.
A mixed range of trees like Birch, Oak and Ash bringing common birds and small insects to the area, mostly round summer.

Start and Finish Points
By Foot these woods can be access from the River Leven Tow Path from the Vale of Leven and District Angling Club. By vehicle coming from Main Street (B857) turn into Heather Avenue andf follow this road till the end where you will be able to park at Vale of Leven and District Angling Club. The woods are located behind this building.
