Dalquhurn Point

Woodlands: West Dunbartonshire

Dalquhurn Point | Woodlands

District: Vale of Leven | Postcode: G82 4LS | Walk Type: Wee Adventure

Located along the A82 and rail line, is a small mature wood, without a lot of diversity.

Offers a good place for migrating species (mainly birds and insects) to rest as it’s located on the river.

Common plant life and neutral grassland and wide spread scrubs.

A pond is been created naturally within the area bringing new species of birds and insects that might make home there.
