Parkhall Library – Boquhanran Park

Like most of Clydebank, bombs dropped on the park during the second world war. They all exploded...hopefully!

Boquhanran Park was originally part of a farm, Boquhanran farm and there was a school situated at the bottom of the park with the name, Boquhanran Primary School, in Skypes Road. This is now Radnor Street first built in 1906. It was flattened during the blitz and never rebuilt and is on the site of what is now Clydebank High.
