A 200Ha Area Located at the peak of Nobleston Wood.
Habitat condition indicates typical common moorland species, plants, bryophtes, birds and invertebrates.
The area is enclosed on all sides by important areas of moorland, currently classified or proposed as either SINC or Wildlife Corridor.
The site is largely an area of failed conifer plantation, but now a valuable suite of moorland habitats. The most valuable habitat type is wet heath.

What to bring with you
Start and Finish Points
Access by foot and bicycle is via various access points in New Bonhill. Vehicle access and parking can be found by turning off Stirling Road (A813) into Ladyton then first left into O'Hare and take the third left for parking. If you walk back onto O'Hare and cross the road you will be able to se the woodland where the path can be picked up.
